Young dancer Illya Gorshenin was killed in a car accident

We are deeply sorry to hear of a death of a young dancer Illya Gorshenin who died tragically this morning while on a way to his dance lessons. We have received this sad news from Kateryna Spasitel, who is a teacher in one of the dance clubs in Donetsk, Ukraine. Illya was only twelve years old... The car he was in was involved in road accident. The cause of this accident was ice on the road.
Illya was a very promising young boy whose life and passion was dance. He was one of the top Ukrainian Juvenile dancers. Last year he and his partner Darya Kryvko were Ukrainian Juvenile II Standard champions and silver medalists in Latin. In April last year they won both Juvenile Latin and Juvenile Ballroom events at the Junior Blackpool Festival 2012. Their dream was to win the big Blackpool Festival one day...
Our deepest sympathy go to Illya Gorshenin family. Rest in peace...
